Shipping Policy

Orders for Paintings and/or Prints are shipped within one business week.

There may be a slight additional delay due to holidays, illness, or additional time is needed to properly prepare your purchase for safe transit. If we identify that there will be a delay you will be notified by email and given an expected date of shipment.

The Intimate Forest ships to the U.S and Canada for the shipping/handling prices listed in the shop. If you are located outside of these two countries additional shipping & handling charges WILL apply.

Paintings and Prints are packaged to the best of our ability to assure that they arrive safely to their destination.

Packages will be insured and tracked during transit.

Return Policy
Returns? We seriously hope there will never be a reason for a return but just in case, we will assure you that your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with the print(s) and/or painting(s) that you have purchased from the Intimate Forest we request that you notify us within one week from delivery of the item(s) and provide an explanation as to the nature of your dissatisfaction.

Upon receiving your request to return the item(s) you will be given instructions on where to send the items. When the item(s) have been received by us, we will refund your money (minus shipping and handling) via PayPal.
